Vụ tranh chấp: VIVA VINO IMPORT CORPORATION, Plaintiff,  vs. FARNESE VINI S.r.l., Defendant. Theo đó:

"A U.S. corporation, plaintiff, and an Italian company, defendant, entered into three agreements: an exclusive distributorship agreement under which plaintiff was to distribute defendant's wines in the United States; a sales commission agreement; and an agreement by which the defendant granted the plaintiff a 25% interest in the business. There was a falling out between the parties before they performed these contracts and plaintiff sued defendant for breach of contract, promissory estoppel, unjust enrichment, and tortious interference with business relations. The defendant counterclaimed for breach of contract."
