CIRCULAR
PROMULGATE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON LIGHT ALLOY WHEELS FOR AUTOMOBILES
Pursuant to Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated 29 June 2006;
Pursuant to Decree 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated 01 August 2007 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the law on standards and technical regulations;
Pursuant to Decree 107/2012/NĐ-CP dated 20 December 2012 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
At the proposal of Director of Department of Science and Technology and Director of Vietnam Register,
Minister of Transport promulgates this national technical regulation on light alloy wheels for automobile.
Article 1: Promulgate with this Circular
National Technical Regulation on light alloy wheels for automobiles
Registration number: QCVN 78:2014/BGTVT
Article 2: This Circular is effective from 01 July 2015
Article 3: The Head of Ministry Office, Chief Inspector, Directors of ministry departments, Director of Vietnam Register, Head of ministry organizations, related organizations and people shall implement this Circular
